comfortable stay with easy access
large room professional staff free coffee
the hotel provided a large room and a nice bathroom. reception staff acted very professional. they seemed to have solutions for every request, whether it was room temperature or spare items. i even got free coffee from the vending machine.

acceptable stay, issues with room
faulty thermostat balcony lights
the breakfast buffet was good and offered a wide variety of options.
The room i booked, a superior king room, did not match the photos online. It was much larger with a sofa. the thermostat also didn't seem to work properly. the balcony lights could not be switched off and shone through the curtains all night, disrupting sleep

charming experience
attentive staff tasty waffles
the breakfast offered many choices and tasty waffles i appreciated the modern room that included a tv with mobile cast i also found the staff to be very friendly it. the room was big enough for my family and quiet.
the bathroom seemed dated and included a fabric shower curtain it reminded me of something from the 1980s getting assistance with room issues required multiple trips to reception.

amazing selection helpful staff spacious room convenient transportation
The breakfast selection was amazing, offering options for various dietary needs, i appreciated the variety and quality of food. staff members were helpful. They ensured a smooth and comfortable experience. the room was spacious and clean. the hotel's proximity to public transportation made city exploration easy, i found it quite convenient.
the thermostat didn't seem to regulate the room temperature accurately, i found it a bit difficult to maintain a consistent comfort level.

soft bed tasty breakfast caring staff clean room
I found the location quite accessible with the train station a short walk away. The breakfast buffet offered many choices and the food tasted good. I appreciated the friendly and caring nature of the staff at the front desk. My room was clean and the bed was soft ensuring rest.
The bathroom was slightly dated with a fabric shower curtain.

The staff provided excellent service being both friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They assisted with directions and other requests. They also allowed use of the luggage room after check out since my flights home where in the evening.
